Membership Terms

Summary of terms, drafted to match Valestra's operating rules. To be reviewed by qualified counsel and issued in full with the membership agreement at activation.

What membership is

A personal concierge service: your concierge's time, sourcing, coordination and follow-through, with unlimited reasonable requests and no additional fee for ordinary concierge work. Valestra is a U.S.-based service; requests may be worldwide. Service is provided during normal U.S. business hours, with after-hours availability reserved for genuine emergencies.

What you pay

The membership fee: $299 per month or $2,995 per year for Founding Members; $399 per month or $3,995 per year otherwise. Separately, you pay the actual cost of any travel, tickets, lodging, goods, services or experiences you approve, including costs relating to minor children. Costs are confirmed with you before anything is committed. Once approved, Valestra invoices you by card, wire or Zelle and makes the booking on your behalf.

Requests

Requests must be reasonable and lawful. Valestra may decline a request that is illegal, unsafe, unethical, fraudulent or based on misrepresentation, and where practical will suggest a workable alternative. Recommendations are made in your interest, from a curated supplier network that Valestra maintains and protects.

If something goes wrong

If a supplier fails to deliver what was arranged, Valestra resolves the problem for you first and pursues the supplier separately. You are not expected to take the matter up with the supplier yourself.

Household and guests

Minor children are included in your family planning; their third-party costs are yours. Adult children and other family may take part in arrangements as your guests; guest status does not carry independent concierge privileges.

Founders 100

The Founder holds No. 001 permanently. Numbers 002 to 100 are assigned in order of paid activation and are never reassigned. Applying, being approved or receiving a welcome letter does not reserve a number. Founding membership is a membership, not an ownership interest.

Cancellation, pause and return

You may cancel at any time. Membership cannot be paused. A member who cancels and later returns rejoins at the pricing in effect at that time. A Founding Member who cancels gives up the founding rate, and their number is retired and not reissued.

Confidentiality

Valestra keeps your information confidential as described in the Privacy Policy. You are free to speak about Valestra and to refer others.

Changes

Valestra may update these terms; members are notified in advance.
