Why Valestra exists
Most concierge services are built to process requests. Valestra was founded to keep a relationship: one person who knows how you like things done, and takes responsibility for getting them done that way.
We are discreet by default. What members ask for, and what we arrange, stays between them and their concierge. We are careful with the small things, because that is where an occasion is usually won or lost. And we are accountable: if something goes wrong, your concierge owns it and puts it right.
Membership is limited, deliberately, so that the relationship can be real.

I have spent thirty years being the person people call when something has to go right: as a firefighter and paramedic, in executive protection, and for the last decade as a cinematographer and producer with more than forty credits, where a shoot day is a hundred moving parts that all have to land on time. I am also a PADI dive instructor and the executive director of a film festival. What those have in common is coordination under pressure, discretion, and a habit of finding the option other people are told does not exist.
Valestra Private is that habit, offered to a small number of members as a relationship. You tell your concierge what you need. We find the options, make the connections, and coordinate the details, and if something goes wrong we own it. The Founders 100 is deliberately small so that every member is someone I know by name.
