Privacy Policy

Confidentiality is how Valestra operates, not a page on its website.

Draft for review by qualified counsel before launch. Effective date to be set at launch.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, contact details, where you are based and what you would like handled. As a member, your concierge records the preferences, household details, travel, dining, access, security and communication details needed to serve you. We do not ask for payment details, passport information or travel records at application. Payment details are collected only at activation and when you approve a specific arrangement.

How we use it

To review your application, to activate and administer your membership, to research, arrange and coordinate what you ask for, and to contact you about your membership and your requests. We keep your preferences so you do not have to repeat them.

What we never do

Valestra does not sell member information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not publish who our members are.

Suppliers

To arrange something for you, we pass a supplier only the details it needs to deliver that arrangement, and nothing more. Suppliers are engaged by Valestra, under Valestra's terms, and are bound to confidentiality. We do not hand suppliers your broader profile, and we do not hand you the supplier relationship: bookings for arranged experiences are made and managed by Valestra.

Access inside Valestra

We operate on a need-to-know basis. Itineraries, residences, security arrangements, family information, payment details and preferences are held with controlled access limited to your concierge and the staff directly supporting your requests.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, subject to records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons. You are free to talk about Valestra and to refer others; nothing here restricts you.
